I realize I haven’t blogged in a few weeks and I sincerely hope everyone had a great series of holidays, no matter what holidays you celebrate. I finally was able to spend some great time with my family & friends and I really enjoyed every minute I had. I’m now looking into the start of 2010 and it’s going to be a fantastic New Year! With that, I have some news! I’ve moved my studio from Durham to Chapel Hill, specifically Franklin Street. Ever since I started my business I always wanted to be on Franklin Street – one VERY late night I was searching around, found this space, saw it the next day and set the wheels into motion. Everything moved very quickly and while I wouldn’t recommend trying to move your life around during the holidays – it’s totally doable.
So here’s my cozy new little space – with the emphasis on LITTLE. It’s very little, especially if you ever saw my space in Durham (it’s less than 1/2 that). But I LOVE it. It’s wedged between Sutton Drugs and Firehouse Subs right upstairs in the Loft Offices (and right above Bandido’s). Tons and TONS of great restaurants, shops, well, hey, it’s Franklin Street, it’s just pretty fantastic.

And because I LOVE details…had to show some of my favorites, including my darling Sydney, my first studio session (I LOVE that I have windows now and natural light).
And yes, I’m still by appointment only but I definitely hope to be in the studio more often as I’m so close to home as well. So definitely give me a call if you want to stop by, say hi and check out my new space.
